Semester one applications 2025/26
If you are a Euromaster or Exchange student you can apply for semester one accommodation. The contract dates are from Saturday 20 September 2025 to 30 January 2026.
There is also a limited number of single semester accommodation options for all University of Bath students. This is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The contract dates are from Saturday 20 September 2025 to 28 January 2026.
Euromaster students
The Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies will contact you directly to confirm your eligibility to apply for accommodation.
If you are an eligible Euromaster student you will be able to make an application from 12 March 2025.
Deadline for applications is 01 July 2025. If your application is received by this date, you will be guaranteed an allocation into Euromaster accommodation in Pulteney Court and you will receive your allocation on Wednesday 02 July.
Applications received after 01 July 2025 are not guaranteed a room at Pulteney Court and may be placed in other available single semester accommodations.
Applications for semester two Euromaster student accommodation open on 01 December 2025.
Exchange students
The International Mobility Team will contact you directly to confirm your eligibility to apply for accommodation.
If you are an eligible Exchange student you will be able to make an application from 12 March 2025 .
The deadline for guaranteed accommodation is 01 July 2025. If your application is received by this date, you will receive you allocation on Wednesday 02 July.

Applications for semester two Exchange student accommodation will open on 01 December 2025.
Semester one accommodation
For the 2025/26 only, we’re offering a limited number of semester one-only accommodation places at Polden, located on campus and Clevelands, located in the city centre.
The accommodation contract runs from 20 September 2025 to 28 January 2026 and is open to all University of Bath students who need housing for the first semester. Please note that this offer is for semester one only. If you require accommodation beyond 28 January, you’ll need to arrange alternative housing for semester two.
Applications are open now through the Accommodation Portal. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. A £500 advance rent payment is required when you apply, and our standard Terms and Conditions will apply.
Semester two applications
Applications for Semester two open on 01 December 2025. All students are welcome to apply, but availability is limited and not guaranteed. Allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Semester two contract dates are 30 January 2026 to 13 June 2026.

Short-term stays
We are unable to offer contracts for accommodation shorter than a single semester.
From June to September, we offer accommodation for students on a casual let basis for a minimum of 10 days. For more information contact our ResLife team. For shorter stays during the summer, you can book to stay in our guest accommodation.
For all other single semester requirements you will need to find accommodation in the Private Sector.
